Help us celebrate the 18th year of wine tasting at the winery! We offer wine tasting in our rustic tasting room during our regular business hours. A tasting charge of $5 per person, per visit, will be discounted from the cost of the second bottle of Saint Croix vineyards wine purchased per person.

WINE MEETS ART FEST!!!

Saturday & Sunday, August 14 - 15, noon - 6


Visit the vineyard for the second annual Wine Meets Art Fest, a celebration of all things local. On Saturday and Sunday, August 14th & 15th from noon-6, artists from the metro area will be on display, with items ranging from pottery to jewelry, hand-crafted soaps to photography. Stop in to the winery to sample local, award-winning wines and support your local producers. Local musicians will also be performing live music both days.

Interested in learning more about how grapes are grown in Minnesota and how wine is made? Then take a tour of Saint Croix Vineyards winery!

We offer both public and private tours of our vineyard and winery throughout most of the year.

 

Public tours are held at 1:00 p.m. each Saturday and Sunday from Mid-April to August and November. September and October tours are held on Saturday at 1:00p.m. only.

These are FREE to the public and no reservations are required or accepted. Tours last approximately 40 minutes and offer a behind-the-scenes look at the vineyards (weather-permitting) and the winery.

Public tours will take place on the following dates in 2010:

  • April 17th, 18th, 24th & 25th
  • May 1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th,15th, 16th, 22nd, 23rd, 29th & 30th
  • June 5th, 6th, 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th, & 27th
  • July 3rd, 4th, 10th, 11th, 17th, 18th, 24th, 25th, & 31st
  • August 1st, 7th, 8th, 14th, 15th, 21st, 22nd, 28th, & 29th
  • September 4th, 11th, 18th, & 25th
  • October 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th
  • November 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 27th & 28th
  • December 4th & 5th (winery tour only 20 min)

Private tours are the perfect event for company or social outings and for special occasions.

For a more personalized experience, schedule a private tour of Saint Croix Vineyards and Winery.

  • Private tours are offered by appointment only and can be scheduled from mid-April to December 31st. During the months of September and October we do not offer private tours on Saturday or Sunday. Please book your tour at least 2 weeks ahead of your desired date as our schedule fills quickly (651-430-3310). We limit groups to 50 participants per event.

  • Tour pricing: a flat rate of $150 for one to ten people; each additional person (over the first ten) are charged $15 per person. A $150 deposit will be required to hold your time and date. No tour is finalized until we receive and confirm your deposit. Missing a scheduled tour will result in the loss of your deposit. You may reschedule a tour up to 1 week prior to the date of the tour.

  • Private tours offer a behind-the-scenes look at our vineyards (weather-permitting) and the wine production facilities. Highlights include bulk wine aging in our cooler, our fermentation room and laboratory, barrel aging, and our automated bottling line.  Tours start with a glass of wine for the tour, and are completed by a tasting of our wines complimented with cheese, crackers and fruit.

  • The complete private tour and tasting event lasts approximately 1 1/2 hours

Grape Stomp GRAPE STOMP 2010

Please join us Saturday and Sunday, September 11th and 12th, 2010, for Saint Croix Vineyards 11th Annual Grape Stomp!

It's free and fun for the whole family! Take a turn stomping grapes the old-fashioned way or let your kids give it a try. Prizes will be awarded to those with the best grape-stomping style (as determined by audience applause).

Bring a picnic, take a tour of the vineyard and winery, listen to live music, and, of course, enjoy our award-winning wines!

Grape stomping competitions for both kids and adults will be held at approximately 1:00, 3:00, and 5:00 each day. A drawing will be held to determine who will compete in the competitions...please enter your name in the drawing when you arrive (no pre-registration required/accepted).

Vineyard/winery tours will take place at approximately 12:00, 2:00, & 4:00 each day (no pre-registration required/accepted).

Live music from 12:00 to 4:00 each day.

Wine sampling from 10:00 - 6:00 each day.
